Associate Professor Dr Alvin Ng Lai Oon, Head of the Department of Psychology under the School of Science and Technology, was recently invited to visit Clinical Education, Development and Research (CEDAR) at the University of Exeter, UK.

The Department of Psychology at the School of Science and Technology played host to Dr Edward Ong, who is a lecturer in forensic-clinical psychology from Coventry University, UK. He was here on 23 April 2019 to give two talks to current psychology students as well as staff.

The Department of Psychology at the School of Science and Technology, hosted a talk on “The Psychology of Beauty” by Dr Ian Stephen, a senior lecturer from the Department of Psychology of Macquarie University, on 9 May 2019.

On 26 April 2019, the Department of Psychology, Sunway University in collaboration with Sunway Career Services, Student LIFE held their 4^th annual Psychology Forum, an event where students explore different career pathway in the field of Psychology.

On the 27^th and 28^th of April, the Jeffrey Sachs Center on Sustainable Development (JSC), in collaboration with UNICEF Malaysia conducted a two-day training on Children’s Rights and Business Principles at Sunway University.

Student Professional Development Workshop was held on April 20, 2019 @ Graduate Centre, Sunway University. The workshop was conducted by SUBS Alumni Relations & Student Professional Development Unit.
