The School of Hospitality (SOH) recently held a seminar on “Qualitative Research in Tourism Studies - Fieldwork Reflections from Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands Region” by Dr Alexander Trupp.

In December 2018, the QS Subject Focus Summit – Hospitality & Tourism was held in Kuching, Malaysia. The Summit was attended by 200 delegates from 40 countries, providing an opportunity for networking and keeping up-to-date on the latest trends in the field.

A team of staff from the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain paid a visit to Sunway University in January 2019. The Clubs, Societies and Sports Awards Ceremony 2018 was held on the 21st November to celebrate and reward the achievements of Sunway’s many clubs. As Malaysia’s #MostHappeningCampus, Sunway places a huge emphasis on providing students with a variety of clubs to cater to a spectrum of interests.
