Food Supply Chain Management: Project-based Learning, an Innovative Take on Learning Experience

Learning outside the classroom is part of an innovative learning experience for students at the School of Hospitality and Service Management, Sunway University. Spearheaded by Dr Tan Ai Ling (Senior Lecturer and subject leader of the Food Supply Chain Management module) and Mr Nicholas Ou (Co-founder of Loop Foods), the students from the BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Management and BSc (Hons) Culinary Management had an amazing opportunity to conduct a real case study research on the food supply chain system and business model of the organisation.

Dr.Norshahirah Binti Mohamad Saidi from Graphene and Advanced 2D Materials Research Group (GAMRG), School of Engineering & Technology, has been selected as one of the 600 most qualified young scientists to participate in the 71st Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting (Chemistry) as a nominee of the Global Young Academy.
