I am an experienced lecturer with 13 years of teaching in various Universities in Thailand, and Bangladesh and presently in Malaysia. Additionally, I have made impactful research contributions for the past three years and am firmly committed to making significant contributions in research and engagement. My teaching approach is student-centered, where I prioritize creating a dialogue with students and helping them discover answers for themselves. I am passionate about contributing to the academic environment and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality education through inclusive pedagogy. As a lecturer, I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of international business and human resource management studies and utilize student-centered teaching approaches to encourage engagement and foster a deeper understanding of concepts.
