Dr Toh teaches leadership and business ethics in Sunway University for 7 years. Before joining the academia, he worked in retail operations for 20 years in retail operations, in publishing for 4 years, and in production operations for 6 years. A combination of work experience and academic interest served him well in teaching. He serves in various undergraduate and postgraduate programme committees and currently chairs the AACSB assurance of learning committee. Dr Toh loves reading and thinks cats are smarter than dogs.
